Parenting can be overwhelming, especially when raising children in single-parent homes. Many struggles happen quietly, and warning signs are often subtle. This important session is designed to equip parents with practical tools to:

• Recognize emotional distress and warning signs

• Understand how to respond with confidence and care

• Create open, supportive conversations at home

• Know when and how to seek professional help

This evening will be informative, sensitive, and empowering. Our goal is not to alarm, but to strengthen and support parents with knowledge and clarity.
